Visits with a note or recording are marked with a green bar and a check. The badge reads Report ready, Linked, or the number of linked recordings. On Home, a finished visit’s button changes from Start recording to View report.

Open a visit

On the web, a visit has five tabs: Overview, Intake, Forms, Recording and Post Visit. The main button changes as the visit moves along: Start recording, then Open recording, then Open report.

Pre-visit briefing

Overview has a Pre-visit briefing: a summary of the patient’s record, built automatically when a visit with a patient is added. It refreshes when new documents or recordings arrive. Click Regenerate to rebuild it.

Fix a recording that isn’t linked to a visit

A recording without a visit shows Unlinked.
  • On the web, open the recording and click Link recording, or Create visit to make a visit for it.
  • In the app, open it from More → Recordings, tap Attach recording, choose the visit, then Attach & generate.
To move a draft note to a different patient, case or visit, open it and use Re-file. Signed notes can’t be re-filed.
