Open Users
Go to Settings → Users and click Add user, then Invite a user.

Send the invitation
Enter their Name and Email, choose a Role, and click Send invitation.

They create a password
They open the email, enter a Password, confirm it, and click Create password. Then they can sign in on the web and in the app.
Choose a role
Only a Physician or Physician Assistant can be the treating provider on a visit.
Manage someone’s access
In Settings → Users, use the actions on each person’s row:- Resend invite if their invitation expired or got lost.
- Edit to change their name or role.
- Deactivate when someone leaves. It takes effect immediately.
- Reactivate to restore access.
