Every note starts as a draft. Nothing is filed until you sign it, and you can change anything before you do.

Find notes waiting for you

Open Reports. In the app, Drafts is the first tab. On the web, filter by Unsigned.

Review, edit and sign

1

Open the note

Tap Review on the note in Reports.
2

Edit and save

Make your changes, then tap Save. An Unsaved changes marker shows until you do.
3

Sign

Tap Sign & File. Your latest edits are saved first, then you’ll see Report signed.
To share the note, tap Export, then Copy report or Preview PDF.
Notes don’t save on their own. Save before you leave the page. If your session expires, unsaved edits are lost.

Ask AI to make an edit

On iPad, type or dictate an instruction in the box that reads Ask AI to edit the report. Each proposed change appears in Review changes. Keep the ones you want and tap Apply Accepted Changes, or Discard. AI editing is off for signed notes, and dictation pauses while a visit recording is running.

Start the draft over

On the web, Regenerate report writes a fresh draft from the recording. Click Save and regenerate. Your edited version stays in History.

Change a signed note

Signed notes are locked.
  • In the app, tap Reopen.
  • On the web, click Unsign.
Either way, the note goes back to a draft. Make your edits, then sign it again.
