# Rollout plan

> A three-week plan for bringing Operant Health into your practice.

This plan takes about three weeks. Your office manager leads the rollout, and your Operant Health contact sets things up alongside you.

## Before you start

Pick these first. Everything else follows from them.

* **A practice lead.** Usually the office manager. They own the plan and the go-live date.
* **A pilot provider.** One provider uses it first, for a week, before everyone else.
* **A go-live date.** Avoid your busiest clinic days.
* **Devices.** Which iPhones or iPads will record in each exam room, and who carries them.

## Week 1: set up

| Task | Who |
| - | - |
| Create the practice account and invite your team | Practice lead |
| Add your visit types | Practice lead |
| Send us your note templates, macros and forms | Practice lead, providers |
| Install the app on each recording device and sign in | Each user |
| Walk through a test visit end to end | Pilot provider, practice lead |

## Week 2: pilot

* The pilot provider records their own visits for a full week.
* The front desk sends intake links for that provider's patients.
* Meet for 15 minutes at the end of each day. Note what to change in templates, forms and guides.

## Week 3: go live

* Every provider starts recording.
* Keep the 15-minute end-of-day check-in for the first week.
* Use the [go-live checklist](https://help.operanthealth.com/docs/rollout/go-live-checklist.md) on the first day.

## After 30 days

Review with your Operant Health contact:

* How many visits were recorded and signed.
* Where notes still need the most editing.
* What the front desk still does by hand.
