# Go-live checklist

> Check these before the first patient on go-live day.

## The day before

* [ ] Every provider can sign in on their recording device.
* [ ] Microphone access is on for the app on every device. See [common issues](https://help.operanthealth.com/docs/troubleshooting/common-issues.md).
* [ ] Tomorrow's schedule is in the app, with patient names on each visit.
* [ ] The front desk knows how to send an intake link and open it on the clinic iPad.
* [ ] Each provider has reviewed and signed one test note.

## Go-live morning

* [ ] Devices are charged.
* [ ] Each provider knows where to tap to start recording. See [record a visit](https://help.operanthealth.com/docs/visits/record-a-visit.md).
* [ ] Someone is named to answer staff questions during clinic.

## End of the day

* [ ] Every visit has a note in **Reports**, or a recording that's still processing.
* [ ] Nothing shows **Processing failed** in **More** → **Recordings**. If it does, tap **Retry**.
* [ ] Unsigned notes are either signed or assigned to a provider for tomorrow.
* [ ] Write down what slowed anyone down, for the end-of-day check-in.
