# Practice settings

> What's in Settings, and what to set first.

Open **Settings** on the web.

## Set these first

1. **Profile & Practice**: your practice details, logo, default provider and **schedule time zone**. Each section has its own save button. Intake emails and the EHR extension need the time zone.
2. **Users**: invite your team. See [invite your team](https://help.operanthealth.com/docs/get-started/invite-your-team.md).
3. **Visit types & report templates**: an Administrator sets these up. See [templates and macros](https://help.operanthealth.com/docs/practice/templates-and-macros.md).

## Everything else

| Setting | What it's for |
| - | - |
| **My report templates** | Each provider picks the templates for their own visits. |
| **Intake Forms** | The questions patients answer before their visit. |
| **Patient Guide** | Your practice's design for post-visit guides. |
| **Document Library** | Your forms, and the designer to build new ones. In beta. |
| **AI Settings** | How notes are written, including your personal writing style. |
| **Insurance & Billing** | Eligibility checks, if your practice uses them. Turn on **Enable eligibility checks** and add your **Provider NPI** and **Provider organization**. |
| **Review Collection** | Ask patients for reviews and collect testimonials. |

In the app, **More** → **Settings** shows your account, practice and role, and your visit types.
