# Set up your practice

> Create the practice account and finish onboarding. The practice owner does this once.

Do this on a computer. It takes about 15 minutes.

**1. Create your account**

Go to the [sign-in page](https://orthoshealth.ai/sign-in) and click **Create an account**. Enter your **Full name**, **Email**, a **Password** of at least 8 characters, and your **Practice name**. Click **Create account**.

If you're asked to confirm your email, do that, then sign in.

**2. Complete onboarding**

Onboarding has eight short steps: Profile, Practice, Discovery, Team, Preferences, Brand, Launch and Tour. Click **Continue** to move on, or **Back** to change an answer.

Have these ready: your practice address, who's leading the rollout, where your schedule comes from today, and how notes get into your EHR.

Check **Make my notes sound like me** if you want notes written in your style. You'll finish that in AI Settings.

**3. Start your workspace**

Click **Start workspace**.

## Before your first visit

* **Set your schedule time zone.** In **Settings** → **Profile & Practice**, click **Save schedule timezone**. Intake emails and the EHR extension need it.
* **Invite your team.** See [invite your team](https://help.operanthealth.com/docs/get-started/invite-your-team.md).
* **Add your visit types.** An Administrator does this in **Settings** → **Visit types & report templates**.
* **Review your intake questions** in **Settings** → **Intake Forms**. See [patient intake](https://help.operanthealth.com/docs/visits/patient-intake.md).
